This One Is Sacred is a an experimental psychedelic free metal trio from Chicago, borne of spontaneous fission between guitarist/vocalist Michael P. Russell, drummer/vocalist Logan Ochoa and electronic producer/vocalist James Marlon Magas. Immediately upon birth, the trio debuted at Chicago Psych Fest and Cool Room’s Weird Era series, unfurling a cathartic, disorienting burst of musical violence onto unsuspecting listeners. The group is currently preparing their limited edition demo cassette. Stay tuned for updates.
